S.A.V.A.R. (Sexual Assault Victim's Advocate Resource)

S.A.V.A.R. provides crisis intervention services for victims of sexual assault and educates the community about sexual assault issues. Crisis Intervention: S.A.V.A.R. advocates are available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. Advocates provide information and will also accompany survivors through medical, law enforcement, and judicial procedures.

S.A.V.A.R. also provides education programs to schools, day care centers, human service agencies, and businesses. Speakers and training are available on child sexual abuse, acquaintance rape, sexual assault prevention, and sexual harassment. As a resource for information about sexual assault, S.A.V.A.R. can provide information and referral to other service provided. Short term and long term therapy is available for victims, their family members and friends.

There are no direct fees to the consumer. S.A.V.A.R. services are free to survivors, their family members and friends.
