Have A Happy Holiday Season

Time Outs:
  1. Deep Breathing
  2. Brief/brisk walk (any exercise you can enjoy)
  3. Read a chapter in a mediation book
  4. Call a friend
  5. Browse at a nearby shopping center (favorite dollar store)
  6. Go someplace in private and sing a song (a shower is good)
  7. Go someplace in public and sing a song
  8. Draw a pencil sketch
  9. Crochet, needle point
  10. Write a poem
  11. Send a pretty card to a friend
  12. Listen to music
  13. Take a nap
  14. Read the comics (not the news)
  15. Watch a funny TV show or Movie

  17. Eat some protein (a piece of chicken, etc)
